Google review cards
A card your customers tap to leave you a Google review
They hold their phone to the card and your Google review form opens. No searching for your business, no app. I program each card for your business, then post it to you, or drop it off if you're in Christchurch.
A short silent demo. A review card lies on a table. A customer holds their phone to the card, and the business's Google review form opens straight away: no app, no QR code, no searching. They tap five stars.
$30a card NZD + GST
$34.50 with GST. Postage is $7 + GST an order, or free drop-off in Christchurch.
Found a note from me at your business? This is what I came in about. Nuri Studio is a one-person studio in Christchurch, and I program, test and send every card myself.
What it is
Plenty of happy customers mean to leave a review and never get round to it. Finding your business on Google, then finding where to write a review, is a few steps too many while they're standing at your counter.
The card takes those steps away. They hold their phone to it, your review form opens, and they write. More of the customers who liked you actually say so.
Inside the card is a small NFC chip, the same kind of thing contactless payment uses. It holds one link: your Google review page. There's no battery, no app and nothing to set up at your end.
Order cards
Four short steps, then you pay on Stripe's secure page. I start on your cards once it's paid.
Step 1 of 4: Your business
How it works
Tell me your business and how many cards you want, and pay securely through Stripe.
I find your Google profile, write your review link to each card, lock it, and test it on a phone.
Within 3 working days they're in the post, or I drop them off in Christchurch. Put one by the till and let customers tap.
Questions
What does it cost?
$30 + GST a card, which is $34.50 with GST. Postage is $7 + GST for the whole order, however many cards are in it. Drop-off in Christchurch is free.
Which phones does it work with?
iPhones from the iPhone XS onwards read the card without an app. The customer unlocks their phone and holds the top of it near the card.
Most Android phones read it too, as long as NFC is switched on in the phone's settings.
I don't know my Google review link. Is that a problem?
No. Leave that box empty and give me the business name and suburb as they appear on Google, and I'll find your profile and its review link myself. If I can't tell which listing is yours, I'll email you before I write anything to the cards.
Can someone reprogram the card?
No. After I write your review link to a card, I lock it, so nobody can change where it points. The same lock means the link can't be changed later either, so if you ever move to a different Google profile, the cards would need replacing.
How long does it take?
I program and test your cards and post them or drop them off within 3 working days of your order. Posted cards then take as long as NZ Post takes to reach you.
Where do you drop off?
Anywhere in Christchurch city: postcodes 8011 to 8083, which includes Lyttelton. Drop-off is free. Anywhere else in New Zealand, I post them.
Do I get a GST invoice?
Yes. Prices on this page are before GST, and GST is added at checkout. Stripe, who handle the payment, email you a receipt and a tax invoice as soon as you've paid.
What if a card stops working?
Get in touch and tell me what's happening. If a card I sent you won't open your review page, I'll look into it and work it out with you.
I need more than 20 cards.
One order holds up to 20. For more than that, or for several locations, email or call me and I'll put the order together with you.
